The Site is informational in nature. Actual service engagements are governed by separately executed written agreements between the Company and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or our services at any time without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by business professionals and organizations. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Our services are directed to businesses, not consumers acting in a personal capacity.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue therein.

These Terms are intended to comply with the following applicable Florida statutes:

  • Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), F.S. § 501.201 et seq.
  • Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), F.S. § 501.171.
  • Florida Computer Crimes Act, F.S. § 815.01 et seq.
  • Florida Electronic Commerce Act, F.S. § 668.001 et seq.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BLION GROUP LLC with respect to your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Actual service engagements are governed by separately executed written agreements.

16. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
